These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website fortressrei.co, educational programs, digital content, community features, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Legacy Ladies by FORTRESS ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

Educational Programs

Our Services include educational programs at various tiers:

• Investor Starter Roadmap, complimentary introductory program
• Tier 1: Investor Foundations, $997
• Tier 2: Investor Momentum, $1,997
• Tier 3: Investor Legacy, $2,997

Program pricing, content, and availability are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will not affect programs already purchased.

Digital Content

We may offer free digital content including ebooks, guides, toolkits, and other downloadable resources. Access to free content may require providing your name and email address.

4. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of enrollment
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Payment plans, if offered, must be completed per the agreed schedule; failure to complete payments may result in loss of access

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of enrollment and have not accessed more than 25% of the program content, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@fortressrei.co. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, AI tools, templates, and software, are owned by Legacy Ladies by FORTRESS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to our programs
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

6. Community Guidelines

When participating in our community features (forums, group calls, social media groups), you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect, dignity, and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not share confidential discussions or other members' personal information outside the community
• Not promote competing products or services without prior approval
• Not post spam, misleading information, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Ladies by FORTRESS, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, any investment decisions made based on our content, or any conduct of third parties.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Ladies by FORTRESS and its founder, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
